Amy Williams is an accomplished leader in veterinary hospital operations, specializing in multi-unit management, strategic growth, and team development. With an MBA in Human Resources Management and her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation, Amy has successfully led teams across general practice, emergency, urgent care, and specialty veterinary hospitals.

Currently serving as a Special Operations Regional Manager at Innovetive Pet Care, Amy brings a wealth of experience in business development, financial performance, and change management. Prior to this role, she held regional leadership positions overseeing multi-million-dollar hospital networks and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team engagement.

Passionate about professional development, Amy is a seasoned speaker and educator with the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), where she instructs CVPM test preparation and presents on financial and hospital management topics. Her dedication to mentorship and leadership growth is evident in her ability to cultivate high-performing teams and implement innovative solutions in veterinary operations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy is actively involved in industry associations and community service, including previous leadership roles in the Houston Veterinary Practice Managers Association and the Montgomery County Veterinary Medical Association. She also volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and works within an international exchange student organization.
