Rhonda Hampton, MSHRM

Rhonda Hampton is the owner of the HR Help Desk, LLC, and a passionate advocate for empowering employees to navigate and excel in their careers. With eight years of experience as a practice manager and veterinary professional, Rhonda brings a unique perspective to the challenges facing the industry. Her background also includes experience in diverse sectors such as teaching, oil and gas, and pest control, giving her a broad understanding of human resources principles across various industries.

Rhonda holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University. The inspiration for her presentations stems from her observations at industry conferences and within management groups, where she recognized a significant gap in knowledge and experience among veterinary managers. Believing that the current staffing crisis is a direct result of this deficiency, Rhonda is committed to bringing HR to the forefront of industry conversations. She invites all stakeholders, particularly the non-exempt hourly employees to the HR table to openly discuss topics of interest, fostering an environment where individuals can act in their own best interest and contribute to the overall health of the veterinary profession.
