Hello, my name is Kimberlee McCabe and I am a licensed veterinary technician at South Texas Veterinary Surgery in San Antonio, TX. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Biology from West Texas A&M University in 2012. In the Spring of 2013 I found my niche in veterinary medicine. I began working as a technician assistant at a general practice small animal veterinary hospital. I obtained my Associates degree in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley College in May of 2016 and passed my VTNE in December of 2016. I continued working as an LVT in general practive for 10 years until transitioning to speciality practice. In 2023 I started working at South Texas Veterinary Surgery in San Antonio and will soon begin the process in becoming a Veterinary Technician Specialist in the field of Surgery.
