As a Positive Change Agent with Flourish Veterinary Consulting, Andi brings with her over 20 years of experience from all facets of the profession. She has had the opportunity to be a part of the nursing, management, and leadership teams surrounding:
--Mixed animal ambulatory practice/ownership
--Large animal emergency/after hours
--Referral level equine/large animal medicine and surgery
--Small animal private practice
Andi is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and holds advanced education in both Applied Positive Psychology and Positive Psychology Coaching. To further support the profession that she loves, Andi recently began working towards her masters degree in conflict management and positive communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This supports her firm belief that veterinary professionals can thrive in their work and she is dedicated to being a part of their success.
