Richelle Caslavka, a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and proud Iowa State alum, has been immersed in veterinary medicine since 2009. From her early days in private practice to leading hospitals as a Practice Manager, she’s built a career on curiosity, adaptability, and a deep passion for the profession. A brief but insightful stint with Purina broadened her industry perspective, and in 2020, she stepped into regional leadership at MVP. Now a Senior Regional Director, Richelle is dedicated to empowering veterinary teams, fostering thriving hospital cultures, and driving success with a people-first approach. Whether she’s coaching leaders, sharing industry insights, or tackling challenges with a dose of humor, Richelle is passionate about making veterinary medicine better for teams, pets, and the profession as a whole.
