This 1-hr presentation focuses on peri-anesthetic and analgesic consideration for common abdominal procedures including but not limited to, hemoabdomen (splenectomies), GDVs, cystotomies, and gastrointestinal foreign body surgeries. Common complications, way to avoid them, how to identify them and effectively treat them will be covered.
