Resilience in the Changing Landscape of Veterinary Medicine

Veterinary medicine has undergone significant changes over the years; the shift in demographics of veterinarians, medical advances, technological innovations (e.g., telemedicine, artificial intelligence), differing values of a shrinking workforce, and changing expectations and demands of clients. In this session, these changes will be discussed highlighting the need for resilience and fortitude in our ever changing profession.
