This presentation will review the identification and diagnostic workup of animals suspected of having hypercalcemia with a focus on hyperparathyroidism as well as hypocalcemia and hypoparathyroidism. We will review challenges in test interpretation, available treatment options, and long term monitoring of these conditions.
