The presentation of a feline patient in respiratory distress can be stressful. In this session we will walk through the steps of triage, stabilization and localizing the source of the respiratory distress quickly and safely. Diagnostics including how to perform a TFAST will be discussed in detail and explained what should be used to narrow down the diagnosis. Finally, we will discuss the use of inhaled medication to treat asthma.
